GIFT CARD POLICY: Gift cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable or replaceable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

RESERVATIONS/APPOINTMENTS: A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Please note a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all treatments. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for services booked. Missed appointments will result in a 100% charge for services booked. PARKING: Free 2 hour parking located on Watseka just east of The Wellness Spa.

NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS: We will still conclude your treatment on time while the fee remains unchanged.

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.

As a courtesy to our clients, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon entering the spa. Please refrain from cell phone use while in the spa.
