The Wellness Spa is exactly what it's name says; a place to restore the body, mind and spirit's wellness. The owner, Theresa, is my technician and has been for many, many years. She is the essence of calm and serenity and she instills that in all of the services that she provides.The prices for the services that the spa provides are very reasonable and the technicians are very well trained. During these tough economic times we all think of things that we can do without, but this is not one of them. No matter what, I get my Mind, Spirit, Body service every month and it is fantastic. I recommend The Wellness Spa to everyone when they tell me how great my skin looks. Believe me, if you experience The Wellness Spa one time you will be hooked. Of course I have my favorites for the treatments, but all are good. The spa is small, but really how much room do you need? It is always clean. There is a small soothing water fountain as you go towards the treatment rooms, even some fruit & crackers! I've also purchased interesting & unusual items that make wonderful gifts. There is 2 hour free parking in the Cardiff parking structure, which is 1/2 block away. Make sure you get their loyalty card...one stamp for every $40 spent on services or retail items...when it's full you get $40 to spend toward retail products....cool deal. I just had my lower legs waxed (again) and realized I have never Yelped them before! I've been going to The Wellness Spa for about 5 years. The Staff are all great! I consistently get lower leg waxing and I occasionally go for facials and Brazilian...talk about needing to be comfortable. I've consistently been treated with respect and patience. Not only that, but I've never been disappointed in the quality of my treatment. They are generally more expensive than other local spa/salons, but you wont be disappointed...they use high quality Wax and i never get ingrown hairs or unsightly bumps...unlike when I've gone to cheaper places. They're great! Tori W. I highly highly recommend this spa. I always see Karen for Brazilian Waxes and she is AWESOME. Quick and almost pain free ;) She does a perfect job. Im always happy with my waxes. I never have to do any post wax touch ups at home. The location is clean, refreshing and calming. The staff is great and always helpful and kind. Water is always offered. Treatment costs are reasonably priced and im always taken in at my appt time. This spa offers many ways of getting discounts. You can stamp your visit card and receive discounts when completed, birthday discount is also offered. No extra waiting. Parking is always easy to find.
